Refund policy

If your plant, flowers or item arrive damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. Please keep the packaging until we've replied.

Live plants can't be returned once delivered. Unused pots and planters can be returned within 14 days in original condition; return shipping is at your cost.
